New Zealand Squad announced for Australia Clash

The rampant Black Caps chalked up their second victory following big wins v Pakistan and last weeks ICC opener v Spur Lanka.

It set up this weeks Southern Hemisphere derby match as the winner will guarantee progression in the knock out stages of the ICC.  This weeks Haka will certainly get the blood pumping as the NZ squad looks to beat the didgeridoo loving skippies!

The game goes on despite the news regarding Rolf  Harris!!

Following the DGW squad setting last week,  this week throws up quite a few tough fixtures and team selection was a very hard decision making process and the selection hopefully will made the right choices.

Following last weeks huge innings of 93 Yash gets to continue the glorious partnership and again opens the batting with Corkyote both with DDG & RVP at Home v Villa and an Everton pairing of Baines & Fellaini

Supported in the middle order by the solidity of Pilgrim & Triggerlips and the variety that Phil LFC offers.

Ginkapo takes over the Mittens as the wicky with a variety of GW differentials on display & the selection committee hoping that our Skipper can steady the field and prevent any erratic bowling.

Promoted for his first start is our all rounder NCIB, after a few weeks rebuilding he gets his debut with a strong line up looking full of points, he will ignore any nerves as he battles to retain long term selection.

The Bowling options this week have been tweeked slightly, just clinging onto a spot as a medium pacer is Toonzie,  simply due to  the Grav as it makes us “harder” in the outfield.

Aguerolicious gets recalled into  the fast bowling spot with a strong front 7 supported by the spinners……..Optimus who retains his place  & MattMo who un-expectantly comes in from the cold.

Out of the starting XI this week are Lawro, Teddy, PDM and Ronty all of which will be reporting for duty, training with squad, supporting the team and pushing for selection in the GW35 clash v England.
